Join me for an evening of stillness, mindfulness, physical & emotional release, promoting inner calm & peace, for the whole of your being.
As the days grow shorter…we sense, feel & see the shift in the seasons..with this in mind, we too need to tune into the cycles of change, transformation and allow ourselves to slow down.
We will start the evening with a talk on balancing your chakras (energy centres) to promote overall wellbeing, as well as explore useful mindfulness tools for you to take away and use in your daily routine. This will be followed with a Yin Yoga practice, where the positions are long held to cultivate stillness, encourage emotional & physical release from the body & mind, as well as prepare the body for a guided Theta meditation. You will leave feeling lighter, calmer & more at peace within.
This workshop is open to all, particularly those with busy lives who want to slow down.
