Join us on a very special journey of Yoga and live, beautiful, conscious music by the wonderful Carlos Mundalah Epifanía, who is one of the Shamans/Healers and has traveled all the way from Mexico! We have the pleasure of spending couple of hours with him! This happens only once a year or even once every two years! We will begin with a slow mindful yoga flow, followed by a journey inwards towards inner stillness, peace and relaxation with Yin Yoga.

Carlos will be playing live throughout the whole evening and it is something that you definitely do not want to miss!
