Booking Your Place

Your space is reserved once we receive your non-refundable £250 deposit.
The remaining balance is due by 16th May 2026.
If payment isn’t received by this date, your booking may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Payment Plans

To make this experience more accessible, a payment plan option is available.
By joining, you agree to honour your scheduled payments in full and on time.
Missed or delayed payments may result in losing your place on the retreat.

Cancellations & Refunds

Life can be unpredictable, so please read carefully:

  • The £250 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations made on or before 16th May 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat price, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made after 16th May 2026 are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another guest (subject to prior approval and logistical feasibility).

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

Travel & Transfers

Flights are not included in your retreat price.
Group transfers will be arranged from a designated meeting point in Vilnius, Lithuania - details will be shared closer to the retreat date.
Please ensure your flight times align with the group transfer schedule.
If you arrive, depart or miss outside the group transfer times, you’ll be responsible for your own travel.

Insurance

All guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance that covers:

  • Flight cancellations or delays

  • Medical needs

  • Retreat cancellation due to unforeseen events

The organiser cannot take responsibility for travel disruptions, personal loss or damage.

Health & Wellbeing

This retreat includes movement, breathwork and sacred ceremonies.
By joining, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate.
Please share any relevant health information or allergies in advance.
You join all activities voluntarily and at your own discretion.

The Experience

The schedule and facilitators may adjust slightly if needed - always with care and intention.
This is a sacred, alcohol- and substance-free space, designed to support deep rest and connection.
Respect for the land, the community, and the energy of the retreat is a shared agreement.

Photography & Privacy

Photos and short clips may be taken to capture the beauty of our time together.
If you prefer not to appear in any imagery, simply let us know before the retreat begins.

Responsibility & Care

By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your wellbeing, choices, and belongings during travel and your stay.
The organiser cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage, except in cases of proven negligence.

By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
