Online Yoga Classes will be held LIVE via Zoom. Recordings are available from the drop down menu when booking a class. Please see at the end of the page for details on how to set yourself up for Zoom.

Tuesday

IN PERSON - Robert Clack Leisure centre, RM8 1DN

20.00- 21.00 Vinyasa Flow + Yin Yoga (All levels)

Classes are running as normal - Train your mind & body to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace. We will move our bodies and flow into poses using movement with breath sequence. You will gain lightness,strength, toning of the muscle as you commit and deepen your practice. All levels welcome.

ONLINE via Zoom

19.30 - 20.30 Vinyasa/ Creative Flow (All levels)

Zoom Live Class - Train your mind & body to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace. We will move our bodies and flow into poses using movement with breath sequence. You will gain lightness,strength, toning of the muscle as you commit and deepen your practice. All levels welcome.

Friday

ONLINE via Zoom

19.15 - 20.15 Yin Yoga & Meditation (All levels)

Zoom Live Class - Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. We will cultivate stillness and awareness in the body & mind. Poses are held for 4 min or longer and will end with a guided meditation.

Please download an application called Zoom to be able to participate in the online classes. Download well ahead of time before the class starts, so you are ready to go when the class link is sent to you. This application is free and does not require payment. Click the links below to set up Zoom to your preferred device:

  2. 20 min before class start time, you will receive an E-mail with a link that will connect you to the session. Please log in 5 min before class is due to start.

  3. You will need a Yoga mat. Occasionally there might be sessions where we use blocks/bolster. If you don’t have blocks or a bolster, cushions & couple of thick books should do the trick.
