Train your mind & body to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace. We will move our bodies and flow into poses using movement with breath sequence with mixed vinyasa flows. Towards the end of the practice, we will hold postures for a longer period of time in a relaxed state, to cultivate stillness in the body and mind with Yin Yoga. You will gain lightness,strength, toning of the muscle as you commit and deepen your practice. All levels welcome.
